Laser the cyst directly. In addition, you may palpate the forearm and you will find VERY painful trigger points.
Refer to the LIPO preset setting which can help emulsify a fatty cyst. If it is not a fatty cyst you can still help them in many instances, but it will take longer to see results.
Can use gentle manual release over cyst in beginning and increase pressure if need. If I do not see any physical or symptomatic changes in 3 visits proper imaging is recommended.
