Place the XLR8 over the area of involvement (AOI). The clinician may choose to (#2) laser over the nerve root (located using the myotome/dermatome chart) or the organ involved (using the Merrick chart).
I have had experience with Dupuytren's Contracture and when starting with mild to moderate have a consistent resolution.
Perform the upper body myotomes (settings 9, 16, 42, 53)
Use the Erchonia Percussor with fascial roller on forearm flexor / extensors while lasering and laser specific trigger point in the muscle that relates to finger. You determine if and when you need to apply very detailed trigger / fiber work (such as Graston).
Use Standard Process ligaplex II, wheat germ oil, Cat E2. Begin with a 10 visit treatment program and re-evaluate.
Percuss the forearm and tendons of the hand (may need manual therapy with a Grastin device).
