If the person is not in an acute heart failure (but diagnosed as a failing heart) place the XLR8 over the nerve root/dermatome to the area of involvement which is T1/T2 and then over the Heart.
In some cases you may need to start with a lower time limit and gradually progress.
Check for bacteria, parasites, yeast, fungus, virus etc.
