Place the XLR8 over the bunion.
Correct the biomechanical problems causing the problem in the first place. Practitioners need to be more aggressive with those who are predisposed to bunions by screening for calcification enlargement before it is called a bunion; this is easy to identify. No one has bunions with strong muscles and ligaments in their feet. There are structural and nutritional (hormones included) long before the first sign of a baby bunion occurs.
If you perform the foot functional tests in Fitness Integration Technique (F.I.T.)® additional causative factors will be obvious to the patient beyond visual bunions. The identified poor physical capacity and asymmetries have additional contributing factors to improper health beyond foot issues (up through pelvis, spine, brain etc.).
Provide proper strengthening, stretching, adjustments and soft tissue correction in Fitness Integration Technique (F.I.T.)®.
Do the complete Brain/3D Body Mapping® Exam of F.I.T.® - the pelvis (or other keystones) may be a priority to prevent or reverse the foot symptoms.
Supplement for ligament strengthening.
