Place the XLR8 over the Atlas. And then over the Frenulum (under nose), top of head (GV 20), and the heart. The clinician may choose to laser over the nerve root/dermatome to the area of involvement which is T1/T2. In some cases you may need to start with a low time limit and gradually progress.
