Vibeplate FAQ
How do you suggest charging for Vibeplate?
If you already do therapy in your office I suggest creating prices that parallel your geographic/economic area and your current therapy prices. I charge $25 for 1 - 10 minutes unattended. We commonly perform unattended laser therapy while the patient is on the VibePlate. So they are paying for laser therapy fees ($65 for 10 min. and $100 for 20 minutes is the FDA clearance standard). And If they buy laser packages (12 sessions or more) they get a discount on laser and then the VibePlate is a value add for an additional $10 per treatment. Or if they are doing chiropractic, lab testing, supplements, and our nutrition meal planning App and coaching we will implement for free.

Do you have any training or manuals on the most effective way to implement or use Vibeplate?
Yes! Please check out my Vibeplate videos at Performancepractic TV: watch.performancepractic.com
This should help you to understand the "mechanobiology benefits" and the application for those with frailty, immune enhancement, pelvic conditions, and correction (super basic, clinical applications and some elite applications). VibePlate for the laser practitioner (attended or unattended therapeutic dose), using bands and basic exercise etc. is all part of this info and there will be more coming.

What code can you bill VibePlate under?
As you know insurance policies and benefits vary greatly. I am not a certified billing coder and I do not do insurance in my office. But a place to start when considering insurance billing is unattended and just sitting or standing only would be "neuromuscular re-education" and if you are having them do some rehab such as bodyweight squats, band exercises, etc. then the "therapeutic exercise" would be the code. I know in different geographic areas and different insurances can have variations in the billing code name but the premise is the same.
You also know for most people have higher deductibles ($5000 or more) and quality of care for their money becomes the most important. VibePlate is a great difference maker to integrate with the great work you already do. There are many unattended and unattended applications to significantly enhance patient benefit.
