No matter how you practice, unattended Low Level Laser therapy stations are a great asset to increase efficiency and clinical outcome. You just need to be prepared by having additional tables / stations so you keep adjusting patients and then delegate the best pre / post adjustment therapeutic laser session.

Pivotal ME2002 Elevating Table
My personal favorite for unattended laser therapy is the Pivotal Health Solutions ME2002 Elevating Table - known as “The Bolt.” I have two primary adjusting tables that are side by side. The Pivitol Health Solutions Ergostyle FX is my primary adjusting table due to the variety of drops and options. It is common for me to start patients on my Ergostyle but then move them to “The Bolt” to finish their chiropractic treatment. The size of the table pad is larger and more conducive for PosturePump, soft tissue Percussion. S.O.T. Blocking than my primary adjusting table and this secondary adjusting table is my primary therapy station that gives me the most options while integrating laser.

The storage area underneath keeps me organized but everything I need (hand grippers, S.O.T. blocks, PosturePumps or exercise bands) is available to use or clean up in seconds. Once they are set up the patient is comfortable for 5 - 20 minutes and I am back to adjusting my primary table. The elevation on the ME2002 goes low for perfect positioning doing side posture and quite high for doing cervical adjustments or extended soft tissue and I am in the perfect position.
