Laser with the XLR8 for over the gallbladder.
The clinician may choose to laser (#2) over T4.
Refer to LIPO preset setting over fatty live/gallbladder.
I start conservatively so it does not trigger a dumping of the gallbladder too fast along with a Herxheimer reaction.
Emulsification (lipo preset in the XLR8).
