Laser the closest area of involvement (AOI) to most Cranial Nerves. This is generally the Occipital/Atlas junction (brain stem). Up the nose or inside the ears is additional variables based upon which Cranial Nerve specifically you are trying to affect.
Point and shoot will work for many, but activation will help take the next step in treatment effectiveness and then add muscle testing to that makes advanced every correction.
